Procurement of polycarbonate without chip cards, quantity 20 million, through international procurement using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. National or local firms must have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. A pre-bid meeting was scheduled at NADRA HQ, G-5/2, Islamabad, with online participation available. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids are not accepted. The original bid security must also be submitted within the prescribed time. The revised final submission date is 7 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and bids will open at 11:30 AM.
