Supply Fertilizers Pesticides Tender Notice
Description
Supply of fertilizers and pesticides under the Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab ADP scheme, including Nitrogen Phosphorus and Potassium NPK 15:15:15 - Diammonium Phosphate DAP - Sulfate of Potash SOP - Copper Oxychloride - Dinotefuran plus Pymetrozine. Online bids are invited through the Punjab E-Procurement System from authorized dealers and general order suppliers under the Single Stage One Envelope Open Competitive Bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security is 5% for the listed items, with individual bid security amounts specified for each item. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through Bank of Punjab according to the Punjab E-Procurement System procedure, and physical financial instruments including CDR or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Complete bids including applicable taxes must be submitted electronically by 10:30 AM on 9 September 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives. Bidders must submit best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes, and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. Incomplete, conditional or alternatively submitted bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot. This procurement covers agricultural fertilizers and crop protection products for mango sector productivity, including NPK fertilizer, DAP, SOP, copper oxychloride, dinotefuran and pymetrozine, providing relevant terminology for fertilizer supply, agricultural chemicals, pesticides, mango crop inputs and horticultural crop protection.
