Procurement Pharmaceutical Reference Standards Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of pharmaceutical reference standards for Financial Year 2026-27 on DDP basis. Electronic bids are invited from active taxpayer bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelopes National Competitive Bidding procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, instructions to bidders and technical specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement System. Completed electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2:00 PM on 11 September 2026 and will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day in the Committee Room of the Drugs Testing Laboratory Lahore. Bid validity is 180 days from the bid opening date. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of each quoted lot or package must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This framework procurement covers pharmaceutical reference standards used for drug testing, laboratory analysis, quality control and verification of pharmaceutical substances, providing relevant terminology for reference standards, pharmaceutical analytical standards, drug testing standards, laboratory quality control and analytical testing materials.
