Procurement Of Glassware Lab Consumables Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of glassware, columns, laboratory consumables and laboratory gases for Financial Year 2026-27 on DDP basis. Electronic bids are invited from active taxpayer bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelopes National Competitive Bidding procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, instructions and technical specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement System. Completed electronic bids must be submitted online and will be opened in the Committee Room of the Drugs Testing Laboratory. Bid validity is 180 days from the bid opening date. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of each quoted lot or package must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid submission deadline. Bidders are responsible for timely uploading of their electronic bids. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This framework procurement covers laboratory glassware, analytical columns, laboratory consumables and laboratory gases used for drugs testing and laboratory operations, providing relevant terminology for laboratory supplies, analytical laboratory equipment, testing consumables, chromatography columns, glass laboratory apparatus and laboratory gases.
