Repair Maintenance Cctv Camera Systems Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for repair, maintenance and installation of CCTV camera systems. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab E-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online by 9:00 AM on 7 September 2026, with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items or lots deposited through the digital 1-Bill and PSID system and electronic proof uploaded with the bid. E-bids will be opened at 9:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders or representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies are not required. Item quotations must include brand names and complete descriptions in technical and financial proposals. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted lot bids may be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This procurement covers CCTV camera repair, preventive maintenance, servicing, installation and related security surveillance equipment, providing relevant terminology for CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, security monitoring, camera installation, CCTV maintenance and electronic security services.
