Printer Scanner Photocopier Maintenance Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for refill, service and maintenance of printers, scanners and photocopy machines at Children Hospital Faisalabad for Financial Year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab E-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted online by 9:00 AM on 7 September 2026 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items or lots must be deposited digitally through the 1-Bill and PSID system and electronic proof uploaded with the bid. E-bids will be opened at 9:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating bidders or representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Item quotations must include brand names and complete descriptions in technical and financial proposals. Hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or incorrectly submitted lot bids may be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. This procurement covers printer, scanner and photocopier refilling, servicing, repair, preventive maintenance and associated equipment support, providing relevant terminology for printer maintenance, scanner repair, photocopier servicing, toner or refill services and office equipment maintenance.
