Supply Of Sanitary Electrical Printing Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply and purchase of sanitary, renovation, civil and wood work items for Works Directorate for Financial Year 2026-27 - electrical items for maintenance and repair for 2026-27 - printing material for Examination Section - tyres, batteries, spare parts and conversion of bus body - photocopy machine, desktop computer, laptop, printer, scanner, multimedia projector, IP camera and NVR - laboratory chemicals, equipment, diagnostic kits, feed ingredients, farm supplies and consumables for the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have income or sales tax reflected on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List. Bid security is 2% and must be uploaded with the bid on EPADS, while the original Call Deposit Receipt in favour of Director Finance must be physically submitted. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS only and manual, postal, courier, email or fax submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bid validity shall be according to EPADS and KP-PPRA procurement rules. The procurement covers university maintenance supplies, electrical materials, printing supplies, vehicle components, information technology equipment, laboratory chemicals, diagnostic kits, agricultural and veterinary supplies and consumables, providing relevant terminology for institutional procurement, electrical items, computer equipment, laboratory supplies, vehicle spare parts, printing materials and university maintenance.
