Construction and blacktopping of road from N-55 FATA University to N-5 Main Torkham Road via Dwa Jangi, Dora, Fort Slop, Shinkoo and Chora covering 43 KM through six packages including a bridge package - construction and blacktopping of new road from Sarkai to Shin Kamar via Chargai Dagari Kamar Khel Adda Bara District Khyber covering 12 KM through three packages including a bridge package - improvement, widening and construction of road from Tendel Baghora to Wally Masjid via Tangi, Sra Gharai Chora and Kachkol Kally Tehsil Bara covering 35 KM through four packages including a bridge package - construction of three RCC bridges and link roads in District Khyber through four packages - construction and black topping of road from Alhaj Shell Pump to Tirah Main Road and link roads covering 10.5 KM - improvement, widening and rehabilitation of existing roads and bridges in merged areas under ADP No. 1702/210622 through three bridge packages. Eligible firms must be enlisted with Communication and Works Department and Pakistan Engineering Council with the required PEC and C&W categories. Bidding shall use the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Original CDR bid securities from scheduled banks, stamp duty and non-refundable bid entry fee of 0.03% of estimated cost must accompany the technical proposal, while required technical and financial documents must also be uploaded. An affidavit confirming authenticity of the original CDR is mandatory. Electronic bidding will use the Above/Below system on BOQ or Engineer estimate based on applicable MRS. Electronic bids will be displayed 30 minutes after closing. Incorrect information may result in disqualification and debarment. Joint ventures are allowed, and separate technical proposals are required for each work. Bidders must provide current FBR, KPRA, PEC and C&W enlistment documents. Financial bids will be opened after technical approval, bids are valid for 90 days, and completion periods will be based on work orders. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 9 September 2026. The procurement involves road construction, road blacktopping, widening, rehabilitation, RCC bridges, link roads, highway works, bridge construction and infrastructure development, providing relevant terminology for civil construction, highway construction, road rehabilitation, asphalt blacktopping, bridge works and transportation infrastructure.
