Repairing Servicing Printronix Line Printers Tender Notice
Description
Repairing and service with parts of Printronix Line Printer P-7220H, P-7220 and P-7010 on monthly basis and supply of ribbons for Printronix Line Printers for the Revenue Directorate for the billing session from July 2026 to June 2027. Firms and contractors must be registered on Punjab E-Procurement and with Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with active taxpayer status for the financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted through Punjab E-Procurement under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must have at least ten years experience in repairing and servicing Printronix Line Printers and supplying genuine Printronix ribbons or ultra-capacity ribbons to government or semi-government departments or organizations, and must have cumulative business or purchase orders of at least Rs.5 million for such services during the previous three years. The bidder must attach an FBR certificate showing the nature of business. Quoted prices shall remain valid for 90 days and may be extended for another 30 days. The successful firm must complete the work within the stipulated period, with delay penalties up to 1% of contract value per day subject to a maximum of 10% or cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money. Earnest money equal to 2% of estimated DNIT cost is required and conditional tenders or tenders without earnest money will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM. The procurement concerns Printronix line printer maintenance, printer parts, genuine printer ribbons, monthly repair services and related technical support for revenue operations, providing relevant terminology for line printer servicing, printer maintenance, replacement parts, printer ribbons, hardware repair and equipment support.
