Installation Centralized Solar Site Monitoring System Tender Notice
Description
Providing and installation of centralized monitoring system at different solar sites at WASA Lahore. Eligible suppliers and contractors must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, Federal Board of Revenue and Punjab Revenue Authority with active filer NTN and PNTN and must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council License in category C-5 or above with specialization codes EE-04, EE-09, EE-11 and ME-06. Procurement shall be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Bids must be submitted by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Digital Bid Security or e-Bid Security is 3% of estimated cost, amounting to Rs.863,408, in favour of XEN-I (Maintenance) WASA Lahore, and must be verifiable on the system. Only technically responsive bidders will proceed to financial bid opening, while financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing submissions may be rejected under applicable procurement regulations. Tendered rates and amounts must be stated in figures and words and documents signed as required. Bidders must indicate percentage rates above or below the schedule of rates for schedule items, with no premium for non-schedule items. Bids are valid for 120 days and procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The procurement concerns centralized monitoring of solar installations, digital monitoring, solar site data, electrical systems and remote operational oversight, providing relevant terminology for solar monitoring systems, centralized monitoring, digital real-time data, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy sites and solar facility management.
