Procurement Poultry Medicines Drugs Vaccines Sindh 2026 27 Tender Notice

Description

The Directorate of Poultry Production & Research Sindh, Livestock & Fisheries Department, Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids from manufacturers and importers for procurement of poultry medicines, drugs and vaccines during the current financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers antibiotics, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, antiparasitics, chemicals, biologics, disinfectants, consumables and imported/local poultry vaccines for the Directorate PP&R Sindh Karachi and its sub-offices in Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas, Dadu, Jamshoro, Khairpur, Shaheed Benazirabad, Larkano, Shikarpur, Tharparkar, Thatta, Naushehro Feroze, Umerkot, Ghotki, Kashmore, Badin, Jacobabad and Matiari. Tender fee is Rs.5,000 non-refundable and bid security is 2.5% of the quoted bid, refundable. Bidders must provide manufacturer/importer registration and DRAP license, ISO certificates, cGMP proof, SECP registration where applicable, experience of poultry medicines/drugs and vaccines for the last three years, financial statements and audit reports, FBR/SRB registration and ATL, production/import capacity and other prescribed eligibility documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Sindh EPADS portal under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of SPPRA Rules 2010. E-bid submission deadline is 09 September 2026 at 02:00 PM and bids will be opened on 09 September 2026 at 02:30 PM in the committee room of the Directorate of Poultry Production & Research Sindh, Animal Science Complex, near Singer Chowrangi, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. Original tender fee and bid security are required in the technical proposal as prescribed in the bidding documents. Bid validity is 90 days, extendable under SPPRA Rules.
