Provision Of Furniture For Daanish School Bhimber Ajk Tender Notice
Description
The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training through its Project Management Unit invites sealed bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC license for provision of furniture for Daanish School Bhimber, AJK. The estimated NIT cost is Rs.99,612,113 and bid security is Rs.4,980,605. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS Version 2.0 by 08 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM. Bidders must provide valid PEC enlistment/renewal with relevant category and codes, tax registrations and completion certificates for similar works completed during the last five years. Bid security must be in the form of a Call Deposit in the name of the firm in favour of Project Director, PMU, issued by a local scheduled bank. Cash or cheque will not be accepted. The procurement will be conducted under Public Procurement Rules 2004, e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 and applicable procurement guidelines. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 27 August 2026 at 2:30 PM.
