Repair Maintenance And Prequalification Of Firms For Machine Tender Notice
Description
The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from Islamabad and Rawalpindi based firms having proper shops and telephone facilities and registered with Sales Tax authorities for repair and maintenance services covering photocopy machines, computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, electric water coolers, air conditioners, IT equipment, servers, UT firewall routers, networking equipment, vehicles, motorcycles, furniture and fixtures, office buildings and other machinery and equipment. The procurement also includes prequalification of firms for stationery, miscellaneous items and other requirements during Financial Year 2026-27. Tender documents can be obtained from the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control and are available on the Ministry and PPRA websites. Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may obtain documents upon submission of a written application and payment of Rs.2,000 non-refundable. Firms must apply online through EPADS and also submit specified original documents in hard form. Applicants must submit an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming that the firm is not blacklisted and has no dispute with any government organization. Complete sealed bids must reach the Section Officer (General), Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Room 604, R Block, Pakistan Secretariat, Islamabad by 08 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in Committee Room, S Block.
