Medical Laboratory Equipment Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical and laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, specialized operation theatre instruments and allied patient care equipment, together with machinery and equipment repair services for Financial Year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the applicable FBR or Sindh Revenue Board Active Taxpayer List under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with the applicable procurement rules. Bidders must register on the Sindh EPADS supplier system and submit electronically prepared bids through EPADS. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available through the Sindh e-Procurement portal. Each tender requires the specified tender fee and bid security prescribed in the bidding documents, with original documents required to reach the Procuring Agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened in the office of the Medical Superintendent at the stated opening time. If a public holiday or unforeseen situation occurs, submission and opening will take place on the next working day at the same place and time. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the applicable SPPRA rules. This procurement covers medical and laboratory equipment, surgical instruments, specialized operation theatre instruments, allied patient care equipment, machinery repair and equipment maintenance, providing relevant terminology for hospital equipment procurement, surgical instruments, laboratory equipment, OT equipment, medical machinery and healthcare equipment maintenance.
