Procurement Agricultural Pesticides Tender Notice
Description
Supply of agricultural pesticides under the Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab ADP scheme, including Flubendiamide - Triazophos - Abamectin plus Thiamethoxam - Spinetoram - Isocycloseram - Chlorantraniliprole - Chlothianidin - Pyraclostrobin plus Metiram - Azoxystrobin plus Difenoconazole - Dinotefuran plus Pymetrozine. Online bids are invited from authorized dealers and general order suppliers through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bid security is 5% for each listed item, with the specified amount for each lot, and must be submitted online exclusively through Bank of Punjab; physical CDRs or bank guarantees will not be accepted. Complete bids inclusive of applicable taxes must be submitted electronically by 10:30 AM on 9 September 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Office of Principal Scientist, Mango Research Institute, Multan, in the presence of bidders or representatives. Bidders must submit best and final prices, NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates and all required documents. Incomplete, conditional or alternatively submitted bids will be treated as non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot. This procurement covers crop protection chemicals and pesticides for mango production, including insecticides, acaricides and fungicide products identified in the notice, providing relevant terminology for agricultural pesticides, mango crop protection, insect control, fungal disease management and horticultural crop protection.
