Doppler Lift Dumbwaiter Maintenance Contract Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance contract for four Doppler lifts and two dumbwaiters installed at Punjab Institute of Neurosciences Lahore, excluding parts, together with a framework contract for their parts. The approximate cost is Rs.15 million. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit 2% bid security online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and quote rates according to the bidding documents and tender list. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, quantities and specifications are available through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 7 September 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. If the scheduled date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply at the same time and venue. Award or supply order will be subject to availability of need and funds. This procurement covers lift and dumbwaiter repair, maintenance and associated spare parts for a healthcare institution, providing relevant terminology for lift maintenance, elevator servicing, dumbwaiter maintenance, mechanical equipment repair and institutional vertical transportation systems.
