Procurement Liquid Nitrogen Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of liquid nitrogen through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System from registered manufacturers and authorized dealers in Pakistan. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with electronic submission through EPADS. Complete bidding documents must be submitted online by 12:00 PM on 9 September 2026 and bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. Bid solicitation documents may be downloaded from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, Livestock and Dairy Development and EPADS websites. Each bidder must submit a flat bid security of Rs.200,000 in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, within the sealed envelope by the bid opening deadline. The CDR must be from the account of the firm or supplier, while ordinary, crossed or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. Bidders must submit the unit price of the quoted item using the prescribed financial bid format. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules 2014. This procurement concerns liquid nitrogen supply for livestock and dairy development operations, providing relevant terminology for liquid nitrogen, cryogenic gas supply, laboratory and livestock applications and nitrogen procurement.
