400 Kw On Grid Solar Pv System Tender Notice
Description
Design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operation and maintenance of a 400 KW on-grid Solar PV System at COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus. Bids are invited through EPADS 2.0 from reputed firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 or above with specialization in EE04, EE06 and EE11, and registered for Income Tax and General Sales Tax with active FBR ATL status. Open competitive bidding will use the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security of Rs. 1,200,000 refundable is required through Call Deposit or Bank Draft in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad, Attock Campus, with scanned copy uploaded through EPADS 2.0 and hard copy physically submitted by the closing time. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 03-09-2026 at 11:00 hrs. Bids close on 15-09-2026 at 14:00 hours and open half an hour later.
