Procurement through framework contract of office stationery - computer stationery - other items - printing items - tents and tarpaulins - sports items - hot and cold weather charges - cost of other store - beds and boxes - plant and machinery - furniture and fixture - other items - IT equipment - transport repair - machinery and equipment repair - furniture and fixture repair. Bidding is conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Bidders must be general order suppliers, manufacturers or trading firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, possessing professional tax certificate for financial year 2026-27 and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bid security of 2% of estimated price is required through CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, pay order or PSID. Lot-wise lowest evaluated price will be considered, every item must have a quoted rate, and successful bidders must provide 5% performance guarantee against each supply order.
