Sealed bids invited under single stage two envelope procedure for construction of remaining second floor of central academic block and academic block IV at hilltop KUST estimated cost 92.297 million and 499.549 million bidders must have PEC license C4 or above and C3 or above respectively bid security 2 percent required tender documents available on EPADS and must be submitted online and hard copy by 10 April 2026 11:00 AM pre bid meeting scheduled all taxes applicable as per rules
