Janitorial Housekeeping Services Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under a framework contract, comprising 120 janitorial staff with an estimated total cost of Rs.86,000,000 and bid security of Rs.1,720,000. Procurement shall be completed under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped, must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 hours on 11 September 2026 and bids will be opened at 11:30 hours the same day. Bidders must provide the required income and sales tax registration certificates and other documents specified in the tender document. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
