Miscellaneous Items And Services Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services through lot-wise framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27, including purchase of hot and cold items and lubricants - stationery, printing and computer stationery items - cost of other store items, other miscellaneous items, beds and boxes - purchase, repair and replacement of spare parts for transport items - purchase, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment and furniture and fixtures - software items and repair of hardware, equipment and software - and repair of buildings. Bids must be submitted lot wise for the whole lot through the Punjab E-Procurement System, comprising technical and financial bids inclusive of all taxes. Samples are required for all items except repair work. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost of each lot in the prescribed form, and a 5% performance guarantee is required after acceptance. Bids are evaluated lot wise and may be awarded to the single lowest evaluated bidder for the whole lot. E-Bid validity extends until 30 June 2027.
