Description
Framework contract for the purchase of blood bank items on Delivered Duty Paid basis for the financial year 2026-27. The bid security is Rs.100,000. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System with original bid security and required affidavits reaching the Procurement Branch before closing.
