Framework contract for the purchase of laboratory kits and chemicals on Delivered Duty Paid basis for the financial year 2026-27. The bid security is Rs.300,000. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System, while original bid security and required affidavits must reach the Procurement Branch before closing. Bidders must submit typed quoted rates and all required documents and samples for each quoted product, with prices quoted per unit or pack inclusive of applicable taxes.
