Framework Contract Information Technology Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of information technology items on Delivered Duty Paid basis for the financial year 2026-27. The bid security is Rs.70,000. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be uploaded through the Punjab E-Procurement System, with original bid security and required affidavits submitted before closing. Bidders must submit typed quoted rates, all relevant documents and samples for each quoted product, with prices stated per unit or pack inclusive of applicable taxes.
