Procurement of piercing connectors sized 95-16mm² and 70-16mm² through Single Stage-One Envelope National Competitive Bidding under a standard evaluation process. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayer list.
