Grow Bags Shading Net Polythene Sheet Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of horticultural grow bags, black shading net and polythene sheet under the ADP scheme Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab, comprising 1,000 grow bags of 24x24 inches, 1,000 grow bags of 18x18 inches, 1,000 grow bags of 16x16 inches, 50,000 grow bags of 14x14 inches, 50 black shading nets measuring 100m x 2m, and 1,000 kg polythene sheet. The estimated costs are PKR 550,000, PKR 300,000, PKR 250,000, PKR 8,000,000, PKR 1,800,000 and PKR 800,000 respectively, with bid security of 5% amounting to PKR 27,500, PKR 15,000, PKR 12,500, PKR 400,000, PKR 90,000 and PKR 40,000 respectively. Online bids are invited exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System from authorized dealers and general order suppliers. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab and physical financial instruments will not be accepted. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Complete bids must be submitted by September 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives. Bidders must submit best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes, with no negotiations expected. Non-compliant, incomplete, alternative or conditional bids will be rejected, and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot.
