Air Conditioner Laptop Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of an air conditioner and laptop under the Prime Minister Youth Development Center at University of Narowal. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The estimated tender value is PKR 1,000,000 and bid security is 2%, amounting to PKR 20,000. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Signed and stamped technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System by September 10, 2026 at 12:30 PM; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted through the E-Procurement System. The bidder must also submit an original affidavit on Rs.100 e-stamp confirming that the company has not been blacklisted by the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority or University of Narowal. Bids will be opened through the E-Procurement System at 01:00 PM on September 10, 2026 in the presence of the committee and bidders or authorized representatives. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or bids without bid security will not be considered. Bid validity is 120 days from the last submission date.
