Supply of Coconut Coir and Mango Stone under the ADP scheme Productivity Enhancement in Mango Sector of Punjab. The procurement comprises 01 ton of Coconut Coir with an estimated cost of PKR 2,600,000 and bid security of 5%, amounting to PKR 130,000, and 500 bags of Mango Stone with an estimated cost of PKR 1,250,000 and bid security of 5%, amounting to PKR 62,500. Online bids are invited exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System from authorized dealers and general order suppliers. Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab, and physical CDRs, bank guarantees or other financial instruments will not be accepted. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Complete bids must be submitted electronically by September 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives. Bidders must submit best and final prices inclusive of applicable taxes, with no negotiations expected. Non-compliant, incomplete, alternative or conditional bids will be rejected, and NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder individually for each lot.
