Hospital Medical General Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice

Framework contract for FY 2026-27 covering medicines, disposable and surgical items for Local Purchase, SSP and Zakat Funds - refilling of medical gas cylinders - dialysis items - laboratory and blood bank items - general store items - IT items. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized dealers for dialysis, laboratory and blood bank items, pharmacies holding valid Form-9 licenses for medicines, disposable and surgical items, and general order suppliers for medical gas cylinder refilling, general store items and IT items, with sound relevant experience and Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. The estimated package values are Rs.32.5 million for medicines, disposables and surgical items, Rs.2 million for medical gas cylinder refilling, Rs.30 million for dialysis items, Rs.10 million for laboratory and blood bank items, Rs.8 million for general store items and Rs.4 million for IT items. Bid security is 1% of the estimated cost of quoted items and shall be submitted as bank guarantee in favor of the procuring agency through online PSID generated by the e-Procurement System. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date, and bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on September 09, 2026, after submission closing at 10:00 AM the same day. Bidders must submit their best and final offers because prices will not be negotiated. Taxes will be deducted according to applicable government laws.
