Procurement and supply of kitchen items - Daigcha size 48 inches, large and small steel tubs, steel bucket, Pawa Donga, Karachy, Dabba Tend, large and small Doory, steel glass jug, flour kneading machine, heavy duty grinder and Tokri; electronic articles - 1.5-ton inverter air conditioners, 50-inch LCD, 15-liter electric geyser, NG washing machine, heavy duty sodium search lights, heavy duty emergency lights, Dell computers with light duty printers, fax machine with scanner, photocopy machine and biometric finger identification system; security gadgets - hand held metal detectors, intercom system or IP PABX with cable and voice recording, walkie talkie sets with base station, fire extinguisher cylinders for all facilities, electric siren, hand driven siren, fixed and dome CCTV IP cameras with outdoor casing and accessories, X-ray baggage scanning machine, walk-through gate, imported waterproof telescope and imported waterproof or thermal night vision binoculars; machinery - 100 KVA generator and electric roti plant; miscellaneous items - 100-liter water chiller, heavy duty grass cutter, 1000-liter water filtration plant, large and small weighing scales, food distribution trolley, steel tandoor and stainless steel benches. E-bids are invited from eligible manufacturers, general order suppliers and authorized dealers registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and holding valid National Tax Number and Punjab Sales Tax registration. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system using the single stage two envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 with least cost method; hard copies shall not be entertained. Pre-bid meeting will be held on September 01, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the closing day. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost, with lot-wise amounts of Rs.20,793, Rs.97,874, Rs.342,781, Rs.128,775 and Rs.80,660 respectively, payable electronically through Bank Guarantee, 1 Link, online Bank Transfer or PSID. Performance Guarantee is 5% of contract price. Samples and laboratory test fee where required shall be submitted by the bidder, who shall bear laboratory and analysis expenses. Offered rates shall be on F.O.R. Jail Gates basis.
