Hospital Diagnostic Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of X-ray films, printers, three-seater benches for indoor waiting areas, orthopedic implants and miscellaneous items for DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal during the year 2026-27. E-bids are invited on FOR basis from firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers and general order suppliers duly registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are contained in the tender documents available through the e-Procurement website and PPRA website. Bid security is 2% of the total estimated price or estimated cost of quoted items and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner; item-wise bid security is also specified in the bidding documents and no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies are not required. Bids must be submitted online by September 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the same day in the conference room of DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2). Corrupt, unreadable, virus-containing or wrongly submitted electronic bids may be rejected.
