Annual Retreat Accreditation Dinner Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for the annual retreat and JCIA accreditation dinner for PKLI Filter Clinics Directorate under RFP reference PRO/215/2026. Bids are invited from well-reputed bidders registered with NTN and STRN, and joint ventures or consortiums are allowed. The estimated budget is PKR 2,220,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated budget, equal to PKR 44,400, which must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner; no physical financial instrument will be accepted. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids must be uploaded by September 08, 2026 at 12:00 hours and will be opened online at 12:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. The procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
