Installation of CCTV cameras and walk through gates at LDA Johar Town Office Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Lahore. The bidder must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in Category C-6 or above with mandatory specialized codes EE-04 and EE-07, active Income Tax taxpayer status with FBR and active Punjab Revenue Authority taxpayer status. The firm must demonstrate average working capital of at least 25% of the estimated cost during the last three financial years, supported by annual audit reports for 2022-25 certified by a chartered accountant firm, closing bank balance of at least 25% of the estimated cost supported by three months bank statements, and an available bank credit line or facility of at least 25% of the estimated cost supported by a valid facility offer letter. The bidder must have completed at least two similar CCTV installation projects during the last five years, each having a value equal to or exceeding 50% of the estimated cost, supported by work orders and performance or completion certificates showing the required project details. Each stated criterion must be met and all required documents must be provided for the proposal to be responsive. For a joint venture, the lead partner must meet all criteria while other partners must meet criteria 1 to 3.
