Vehicle Tyres Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of vehicle tyres for PKLI and Research Center Lahore. Eligible vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments are invited to participate. Tender documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost from the PKLI website and relevant procurement websites. Tender documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and hardcopy submissions will not be entertained. Bids must be uploaded by September 09, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened through the Punjab E-Procurement System at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 03, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A. If the opening date is declared a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the submission and opening date with the same time. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, with the rules prevailing in case of conflict with the bidding documents.
