Pressure Air Valve Chamber Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of a chamber for pressure reducing valve and air valve on the main water supply line of Sheikh Zayed Medical College and Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan for FY 2026-27. The estimated cost including taxes is Rs.1,523,000 and bid security is Rs.30,460, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, to be deposited through online payment or PSID. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or above may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must quote item rates for every item of the BOQ and work out the total bid amount; percentage rates or blank BOQ pages will render the bid non-responsive. The bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids must be submitted by September 10, 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day. The completion period is one month. A performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount is required from the successful bidder, and credit of old material shall be recovered according to the technical sanction estimate where necessary.
