Annual framework contract procurement for FY 2026-27 covering miscellaneous items for the gardening branch - stationery items - miscellaneous items for the light branch - miscellaneous items for the sewerage system - general office items - supply and fixing of Pana Flexes - machinery and vehicles on rental basis - supply and fixing of different items on rental basis. The estimated costs are Rs.2,837,065, Rs.1,418,024, Rs.16,724,323, Rs.5,859,677, Rs.4,051,259, Rs.3,770,000, Rs.1,772,590 and Rs.7,121,742 respectively, with corresponding earnest money amounts of Rs.141,853, Rs.70,901, Rs.836,216, Rs.292,984, Rs.202,563, Rs.188,500, Rs.88,630 and Rs.356,087. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure of PPRA Rules. Bidders must submit digital bid security, quote item-wise rates, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically. Item rates shall include applicable taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Evaluation shall be based on total bid price using the least cost selection method and the contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder. Successful bidders shall conduct required quality control tests at their own expense. The framework contract shall operate on a need basis through partial or mini work orders, with equipment and accessories to be provided and entered in the stock register as directed. Quoted item rates shall remain valid until June 30, 2027 without escalation, price adjustment or variation.
