Supply Spare Parts Repair Government Vehicles Motorcycles Shigar Tender Notice
Description
District Police Officer Shigar has re-scheduled the tender for supply of spare parts and repair of Government vehicles and Government motorcycles. The revised tender opening date is September 7, 2026. Bidders must submit sealed tenders to the District Police Officer, Shigar before 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM at the DPO Office Shigar. A refundable call deposit of Rs. 20,000 is required and the tender document fee is Rs. 4,000. Contractors/suppliers must have at least five years of experience in supply of spare parts and repair of vehicles and documentary evidence must be attached. Bid security in the form of bank draft/pay order in favor of DPO Shigar may be attached with the tender documents. Applicable taxes, if any, shall be inclusive in the bid price and borne by the bidder. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete bids shall not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the applicable GB PPRA rules. The tender document fee is to be deposited in National Bank through Treasury Challan.
