Lab Reagents X Ray Films Health Facilities Baltistan Tender Notice
Description
Directorate of Health Services Baltistan invites sealed bids from pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign manufacturers and their sub-distributors for procurement of laboratory reagents and X-Ray films for health facilities throughout the Baltistan region under the regular budget for financial year 2026-27. Supply shall be on free delivery to consignee end basis. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents and detailed specifications from the Directorate of Health Services Baltistan, Skardu by submitting a written application on their letterhead, a copy of CNIC and the prescribed non-refundable tender fee. Bidding documents will be issued up to September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM during office hours. The bidding procedure shall be Single Stage Single Envelope under GB PPRA Rules 2022, Clause 39(a). Complete bids must reach the office of the Director Health Services Baltistan by September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. A bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank, including KCBL Gilgit-Baltistan, in favor of Director Health Services Baltistan must accompany the bid. Bank guarantee is not accepted as bid security.
