Medicines Surgical Items Ssmc Khaplu 2026 27 Tender Notice
Description
Social Services Medical Centre, DHQ Hospital Khaplu, Ghanche, Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from authorized distributors, suppliers and well reputed firms for purchase and supply of medicines and surgical items during financial year 2026-27 through Zakat, Bait-ul-Maal and Social Welfare LP funds. Two procurement schedules are provided: medicines and surgical items through Zakat and Bait-ul-Maal funds, with submission by September 10, 2026 at 10:30 AM and opening at 11:00 AM; and medicines and surgical items through Social Welfare LP Fund, with submission by September 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM and opening at 12:30 PM. A call deposit/security of Rs. 20,500 must accompany the tender in the form of demand draft or pay order in favor of Social Welfare Officer SSMC, DHQ Hospital Khaplu, from any scheduled bank. Tender forms/details are available from the office upon payment of applicable GB Finance Act 2025 charges. Offered rates shall remain valid until June 30, 2027. The supplier must provide the same quality/company and quantity as prescribed or approved by the concerned authorities. The discount offered by bidders must not be below 10%. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender under PPRA Rule 33(1).
