Sale Of Examination Year 2025 Waste Material Tender Notice

Re-tender for sale of scrap related to Examination Year 2025, including solved answer copies for 2025 - miscellaneous scrap comprising different types of forms, A-Parts, bill awards, objective question papers, waste newspapers and related material for 2025 and remaining 2024 - garbage, packing cartons, plain and cloth envelopes, cloth bags and related waste for 2025 and remaining 2024. Only firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax are eligible. Tender forms costing Rs.2,000 non-refundable may be obtained from the Store Branch against a bank challan during office hours up to September 10, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Original CDR or bank guarantee must accompany the tender. Item-wise refundable earnest money is required from a scheduled bank in favor of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad: Rs.2,000,000 for Item 1, Rs.1,000,000 for Item 2 and Rs.300,000 for Item 3; cheques are not acceptable. Tenders must be submitted by registered post or courier by September 19, 2026 at 1:00 PM and will be opened at 1:30 PM the same day in the presence of the committee, firms and representatives. Successful firms must deposit the specified security amounts and execute the agreement within 10 days after approval of rates and issuance of the acceptance letter, and must remove all scrap within 60 days after issuance of the work order, with a daily penalty of Rs.10,000 for delay. Firms must provide Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and an affidavit on Rs.300 stamp paper undertaking that waste answer copies will not be sold in the market. Rates must be quoted without tax on a per-kilogram basis, without overwriting or additional conditions, and bids remain valid for 90 days.
