Auction Of Air Conditioners Copper And Duct Scrap Tender Notice

Auction of 40-ton AC indoor and outdoor units consisting of compressors, fan motors, corridor-side open duct without power cables and copper pipe on an as-is-where-is basis - auction of copper pipe scrap placed in the workshop at a rate of Rs.5,500 per kg - auction of duct under gypsum false ceilings in various wards including repair after dismantling, with repair cost to be borne by the successful bidder. The total auction amount for the AC units is Rs.30.00 million with CDR of Rs.1,500,000 equivalent to 5%. Copper pipe scrap has a CDR amount of Rs.550,000 and duct has a CDR amount of Rs.533,000. Tender terms and conditions may be obtained immediately after publication against a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000. Submission is required by September 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM and the auction will be held on September 15, 2026 at 11:30 AM. The committee reserves the authority to approve or cancel the auction.
