Medicines Medical Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for financial year 2026-27 covering Drugs and Medicines - Consumables, Surgical Items, Laboratory Kits and X-Ray Films - Other Store Stock and Miscellaneous Items. Manufacturers, importers and their authorized agents or distributors registered and appearing on the FBR/SRB Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and GST/SST, where applicable, are eligible. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with the bidding documents and accompanied by bid security of 1% of the total quoted bid value for each procurement category in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000 is required through Pay Order or Call Deposit. The bids will be opened on 15 September 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Green Hall of the institute. Procurement is governed by Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010, amended 2019, and applicable Government taxes including Professional Tax, GST and SRB taxes.
