Procurement of Janitorial and Non-Core Services for FY 2026-27 under the specified procurement reference. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to provide non-consultancy services. The procurement will use Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
