Construction works for multiple water supply schemes including Abdullah Khan Schemes Quetta - Abdul Rehman Shah Street Abdul Tahoor S/O Mehrullah Jan Killi Almas Quetta - Cantonment Ward-III - Jan Mohammed Road Gujjar Mohallah Quetta - Shawakha Road Quetta - Shamir Double Road Quetta - Ward I Cantonment Hanna Bypass - Malik Ghani Killi Malezai Kuchalak Quetta - Killi Asmat Ullah Dummar Tareen Shair Nawa Killi Area. Works include drilling and development of bores - supply and installation of solar systems - providing and laying HDPE or pipeline - civil work. Approved Government Contractors with three years relevant PHE Department work experience, at least three years turnover demonstrating financial capacity, valid NTN, Sales Tax Department and Baluchistan Revenue Authority/BSTS registration, and valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category with 2026-2027 enlistment or renewal are eligible. Procurement follows Baluchistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 through Single Stage, One Envelope procedure. Tender documents are issued against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000 for each work and bid security or earnest money of 2% in the form of call deposit. Only original contractors with original CNIC may participate; agents or representatives are not allowed.
