Description
Procurement of spare parts for installation of MONARCH Electronic Control Systems in ORONA Passenger Elevators No. 01, 02 and 04 installed at Plot No. 17 and 18, Fine Dining & Office Complex, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Eligible and qualified bidders must submit e-bids through PPRA EPADS V2.00 under Single Stage One Envelope Least Cost procedure. Bidding documents are available online against a non-refundable bid fee of Rs.2,500 payable in favor of Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) through Pay Order or Call Deposit. Mandatory bid security is PKR 250,000 in the form of Deposit at Call, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee. Eligibility includes company credentials, registration with SECP or Registrar of Firms or as Sole Proprietor, valid NTN and Service/Sales Tax registration with ATL status, required affidavit, valid PEC registration in category C-6 and above with specialized code ME-03, and compliance with the qualification criteria in the Bid Data Sheet. Incomplete, late or conditional bids, joint ventures and consortiums are not allowed.
