Repair and renovation of office chambers in the Deputy Commissioner Office Narowal through item-rate bidding under the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is Rs. 22,88,000 and earnest money is Rs. 1,14,400 at 5% of the estimated cost. Contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year in the relevant category, specifications and code and must produce the original PEC license showing the required specification or code. Manual bids are not accepted and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; physical financial instruments including CDR are not accepted. Bidders must quote rates against every DNIT or BOQ item and complete rate analysis, summary and sub-summary pages, otherwise incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. Bids will be retrieved and opened on 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle No. 2 Gujranwala. The successful bidder must furnish a 10% performance guarantee within 15 days. The work has a time limit of one month.
