Stores Repairs Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on LOT basis covering Hot & Cold Weather Charges - Transportation of Goods - Mobil Oi - Stationery Items - Printed Items - Uniform - Cost of Other Store - Computer Stationery - Others - Entertainment & Gifts - Repair of Transport - Repair of Machinery - Repair of Furniture - Hardware & Software Repair - IT Repair. Contracts will be awarded separately for each LOT under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial e-bids must be signed and stamped and submitted through Punjab E-Procurement, with per-unit prices inclusive of all taxes. Brand new and original goods or parts must be supplied within 15 days of the purchase order. Bid security is 5% of estimated procurement price through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, and the original security instrument must be submitted before the e-bid deadline. E-bids close on 09.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and open at 12:00 PM.
