Hospital Canteen Cafeteria Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction of the Canteen/Cafeteria of DHQ Hospital Nankana Sahib for financial year 2026-27 for one year from the date of award letter, extendable for three months upon satisfactory performance. Tender fee is Rs. 1,000 and bid security is Rs. 467,041. Tender documents may be purchased until 25.09.2026 at 11:00 AM and the auction is scheduled for 25.09.2026 at 11:30 AM, with alternative auction dates of 28.09.2026 and 30.09.2026 at the same time if required. The successful bidder must deposit three months of the successful bid in advance in the Government Treasury within three days along with applicable taxes. Failure to deposit the contract amount results in forfeiture of the CDR and possible award to the next bidder. Defaulters of Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies are ineligible.
