Janitorial Services Office Cleaning Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services for 20 sweepers for offices under a framework contract initially for one year. The estimated cost is Rs. 10 million. Technical and financial bids are invited from registered companies, firms and contractors through Punjab E-Procurement under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 5% of the total estimated cost is required in the prescribed manner. Technical bids must include an affidavit confirming that the company or firm has not been blacklisted and is not involved in relevant litigation, bank certificate, statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness of not less than Rs. 50 million in each of the last three years, NTN and Income Tax Filer and Punjab Sales Tax Filer proof, current professional tax certificate, company profile, and signed acceptance of tender terms. Financial bids must include applicable government taxes and duties. The successful bidder must furnish performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount. Bids close at 11:00 AM on 14.09.2026 and open at 12:30 AM as stated in the notice.
